Over in Uncanny, Cyclops commands Wolverine to kill anyone who gets in his way.

Assuming we're operating on Marvel time, and it's been 10 years since the FF gained its powers, Cyclops has gone from "X-Men don't kill" to "kill everyone" in 2-3 years.

I don't disagree with you, but it's not so much that he's ordering Wolverine to kill. Mutants' and especially the X-Men's backs are against the wall. It's do or die. It's who he's ordering Wolverine to kill. His own freaking son is one of them.
