***Well lets put it this way...when was the last time the wizard did anything successful for all that genius? I mean why did all those other guys work for a fatarse like Kingpin? Because it takes more than genius it takes a vision, it takes initiative and a unifying quality...The Hood has that.

***With such a big group that doesn't have their own book, it's not easy to make them all individuals.

***Except The Hood gave them all that offer before...they can all do those things as long as the group gets a piece...if the wizard wants a banatronic galvanizing ray tell the hood...we will get a team together and they will get it for him. etc etc. Hell I mean right after a group of villains gets caught by SHIELD The Hood goes right to the carrier and gets them out.

***The group has been seen in what 3 issues...give them some time.

So why not write Wizard as a starscream in this title, that would actually be intelligent. Besides Wizard is a pretentious ego driven jerk, why would he take orders from him? Plus Kingpin wasn't 21, how many 30 year olds take orders from a 21 year old?

A few key individuals should have gotten characterization: Wizard, Purple man, Jonas Harrow.

But half the super villains there are ego manics and the very concept of taking orders is offensive to them and they have escaped from prison. Madame Masque and Wizard should be treating the Hood like he is uneducated trash, because they wouldn't respect a 20 year old punk and 50 grand or beating up Tigra doesnt change that. These characters are being under written to be Hood's minions, it doesn't ring true.

Assuming that they aren't just forgotten during secret invasion.
