He was seen in Zemo's Thunderbolts Army. Since Zemo created him to begin with, it isn't hard to imagine that he either uncured the original or created a new one, who might have totally different motivations. As to why he joined the Hood? Purple Man might be a good explanation. Or Centurius cloning the original.

> The Griffin; last I remember, he had degenerated into a straight-up monster, and fought Namor in his 90's series.. what happened?

That's his status quo all right. \:\) Chalk it up to Purple Man again. Or Centurius cloning the original.

> Living laser- he's in his energy form, he should be the most powerful/maneuverable of everyone there (Like Monica Rambeau), but, well, he seems to be doing the least.. and wasn't he involved with Modok recently?

Yep... at which point we learned he doesn't have any real desire to do anything but be able to feel again, and will do anything for that. Also, that he enjoys watching violence, in the closing to that mini. Which, honestly, explains him not doing much.

> The Answer-- wasn't he dead? what were his lame powers anyway?

He's been resurrected for almost 10 years now. \:\) His powers were adaptibility to any situation. He's also probably one of the smartest people here. Too bad he's insanely loyal to the Kingpin and certainly wouldn't join an army to usurp him...

> Blackout-- isn't he, like, a vampire? what does he care about robbing (non-blood) banks?

He was a mercenary killer before he got involved in the mystic end of the pool, so this actually makes a little sense.

> Purple Man? didn't he get pounded by Cage early on in the series and re-jailed?

And then fled to Canada later. Him being here doesn't make a lot of sense, no, since he's the sole reason US Agent agreed to work with Omega Flight.

> ---and then the end--
> Ms. Marvel pulls a Tony and let's them go just this once? odd..

Makes some sense. God knows she's suffered emotionally over Spider-Woman II.

> and uh oh, Jessica finally decides to register-- does the baby have to register? and will Stark expect Jessica to snitch on her husband? oooohhh....

How could she snitch on her husband? She literally doesn't know anything Tony hasn't already figured out. \:\)

Well, maybe he just wanted to lead USAgent on a wild goose chase and secretly returned to the US now that USAgent is out of his hair lol?
