Previous Post I recently picked up and finished (re)reading Avengers: Illuminati HC. Specifically, #4 --- Noh-Varr, the Marvel Boy, who attempted to conquer Earth is being groomed to become the new Captain Marvel. Could it be that the Captain Marvel appearing in the current mini-series is actually Noh-Varr???? Hmmmm. What does everyone else think?

That's a revelation I could live with, but we've seen too much of Captain Marvel in his own series to believe that could work.
