Previous Post Time for a bit of fun. Kang has disrupted time so that the internet became mainstream in the 50's and this message board was there from the founding of the Avengers. Now imagine you were there to read your favourite / least favourite Avengers moment when it hit the stands. What would you have posted? What would your reaction have been? WHAT!?!? Iron Man, Thor, and Giant-Man leave and Captain America replaces them with three barely powered VILLAINS? You've gotta be kidding me! It's like, who needs a 30 foot giant, we've got a dude with a bow and arrow! Who needs a scientific genius in an invincible suit of armor, we have some chick in red tights who does magic! Who needs the God of Thunder, please we have a Eurpean guy who runs fast! Who's great idea was that? These guys aren't the Avengers? What's next, the Fantastic Four ditching the Thing for a big, green woman? The X-Men losing the Beast and Ice-Man for a little Canadian and a fuzzy blue guy? Mark my words, in 100 issues the originals will be back and no one will remember these losers!
