Hence, the "MUCH grander scale." Of course, Wolverine was intimately involved in the Cuban Missile Crisis in assassinating Soviet leaders, apparently, so the actual answer seems to be "about as often as Ares".

I figure we have to take Ares as starting over after the miniseries. He IS trying to be better... he's just really, REALLY bad at it!
