I think generally Marvel has done an excellent job picking good talent that is not A-list. RDJ was not before Iron man, Hemsworth can act but Thor was his first starring role on film. The same is true for most of the others with a few exceptions. I mean Evans has been in other movies but rarely as the lead and usually as the same kind of character. Norton was in IH and has a resume but was sort of the exception.
I think they should keep on what they are doing honestly. Find the person with the most passion and talent to take the part. I think that is a big difference between these films and ones that came off as super campy because it was a big name person playing a character. While the newer bunch are actually tying to be the character. I think that is important.
