Start a New Message, or a Reply.

Next to the message box, you'll see three 'Attachments boxes', with 'Browse' next to them. Click 'Browse', and you can choose images stored on your computer. Just click on the image you want, and the computer does the rest.

Have a bit of patience though. Sometimes it takes a while for an image to load.
