I can vaguely recall something about it causing Shadowcat pain to phase through Wolverine's adamantium skeleton, but that may have been some alt-timeline Exiles thing that may or may not "count", but Vision can, and has, phased through Ultron, without harm. On the other hand, if he tries to solidify a hand inside Ultron, that's been shown to hurt him more than it hurts Ultron (although I'm not really sure if that's because of the unbreakable adamantium, or the 'nuclear fire' that burns within Ultron).

I've seen the next 10 episodes...and Egghead isn't in those. I think there are still 8 episodes after that so if he's supposed to pop up he may pop up there.
