Well, you could be right. Also defended the scene, somewhat similarly, here: http://www.comicboards.com/php/show.php?rpy=smb-2012061412363558 but the scene still feels wrong to present it so unclearly. It seems just as reasonable that he was wielding it, by the pic, for those not as well-versed with the special enchantment. Escpecially confounding, with the intentionally 'teasing' cover too.

..if both Thanos AND Starlord are back. Also, if this is in continuity, then why is Drax alive and if you remember, he went back to his old costume.
