How much of that was Wanda and how much was Hope. One of Hope's powers is to vastly increase the powers of other mutants.

Precognitive dreams are present in all humans... even flatscans.

It's like a rock/paper/scissors thing, meaning Phoenixes are strong against MODOKs.
