Previous Post I had the same issue....until I saw that the Secret Avengers saga, takes place entirely before the New Avengers tale. (There's a note at the beginning of each Secret Avengers, letting us know it's before NA) You even see the crew, Beast, recovering War Machine, Etc in NA....picking up where the just finished SA ends.... I just read through both books myself and I was totally confused. The inconsistency with Noh-varr threw me for a loop. And I don't see how one story could take place before the other when they both deal in the direct aftermath of the team intercepting the Phoenix in space. It's like if the writer's for both stories didn't touch base with each other at all. Very disappointing (especially since the other parts of the AvX crossover have been a lot of fun).
