You are probably right. Even after rereading with your observation, it was still unclear though.

That's what I meant by horrible job. The story says Avengers are being captured, but except for these 3, Ms Marvel and a line in W+Xmen stating giantman and quicksilver were caught (which doesn't match with Pietro's apparent appearance in issue 8) we have no clue who's officially captured as of each issue. Personally just assuming any Avenger not seen or referred to in issue 8 has been caught.

You are potentially right again - though the issue fails, among other things, to say what PF-Emma does in the aftermath

True, actually I'm going to assume Emma just walked away without capturing him since it also looks like Thor appears in issue 8. Truthfully, the way New Avengers was written it doesn't matter whether we believe Thor was captured or not.

Possibly right again. Although it could be argued since it is a mindscape it could be somewhat less than apparent time lapse. Didn't Psy have Warren experience a whole lifetime in a few moments or somesuch over in Dark Angel arc recently?

Look at the final pages after the simulation ends. No real close-ups but it does look like Cage has grown hair there.
