Fesi can bend space/time to open teleportation portals. Originally, he was described in Nick Fury's files as a "universal shaper", so it's possible his powers have other applications we haven't seen yet.

He had a connection of some sort to Gateway, associate of the X-Men.

As far as his personality, I just can't recall anything. I read a little more than half of the Secret Warriors series and then realized I didn't care enough about complicated shadowy spy organizations to keep going.

He was probably the least interesting of Quake's caterpillar team. Some of the characters that got instantly killed off in that series from the other squads were better than half of the main bunch.

I would rather have seen Stonewall or Phobos join the team if you forced me to pick one.

But I'm glad Eden has a code name now. Everybody else on that team did but him, and that bugged me more than it should have.
