Frenzy tried to kill a mutant kid simply for being autistic and thus not superior enough (or was it Down's?).

      It was Down's.

Now, I've just barely kept up with the X-Books lately, but isn't Frenzy's switch to being "good" based on the consequences of an altered reality type story where she basically now has the memories now of both her old life and her not-real life as a hero in the Age of X, married to Cyclops?

So basically, she has chosen to be more like *that* person than her old self.

I find that interesting. And it's not unrealistic or ignoring her past for her to now be with the X-Men.

Yes it is ignoring her past- the X-Men KNEW Sharon. It would nice to see one of the X-Men say to Frenzy, "So what if you've changed, that doesn't bring Sharon back".

What I mean is that the writer wasn't ignoring her past and just having her not be the old Frenzy persona because it suited him. There was a reason she changed.

I feel like because of the profoud experience she had that altered her to her core, she's redeemable.

I do agree that it's unrealistic for the X-Men to not have that murder on their minds every time they see her.
