Byrne claimed that it was meant to be left up to the reader's imagination, but Len Kamniski and Howard Mackie thought that it was intended to be oral sex, so they had the scene withdrawn with her head in the picture. As a result, some readers thought she was supposed to be CASTRATING him (I was wondering if that was what was implied myself).
