I meant that Thor seems watered down to fit into the team environment, if Thor were to really unleash than I can't think of to many situations he couldn't handle on his own. Hence, the "not doing much" and coming off one dimensional. He can't be that powerful because the rest of the Avengers would come off weak or not useful. Thor should be the guy they go to when things are going bad, and they need some heavy artillery. Now with the Hulk on the team it will be even more obvious that Thor is being written in a way to keep the other characters strong. And I firmly believe that a vacation from the active roster of the Avengers and a new writer will do wonders for the character. Hope that clears it up.

Well, Thor in Avengers has always been watered down.
This is really the way it has to be, but I'm hoping we don't get any more step-step-step, keel over and die. It's completely inexcusable.
