I haven't been following this loooonnngggg Avengers Versus X-Men crossover/event thingy (Maybe if they collect it ALL IN ONE trade or hardcover or printing I'll read it, buy it, take it out from the library (And keep it if it's any good. Nah, just kidding. Um, sort of.), but the two of them obviously fought and were at odds with each other. So, what happened? Did they like make up at the end or something (By the way, how exactly did the Phoenix Force SPLIT UP? From what I understand, 5 of them got PART of the Phoenix Force? Um, there's only 1 (ONE!) Phoenix Force. I know either I missed something, which I did, or there was a retcon of some kind (Where's the High Evolutionary when you really need him?).
Anyhow, some of the X-Men and Avengers are on the same team together correct? Does that mean they just settled everything? Seems kind of fast, if so. I'm still having trouble buying Thor, Captain America, and Iron Man working together, let alone being friends again after Civil War (Okay, ESPECIALLY Cap and Iron Man. Thor really doesn't have much too be mad about other than Clor.). I'm just a little confused, because I assume that there's some animosity between the two of them. Thanks.
Iron-Man's attempt to destroy the Phoenix fragmented it and accidently five X-Men were zapped with the power. Makes you wonder what would have happenend if the Avengers would have zapped.
Some of the X-Men like Wolverine and Beast were already on the Avengers side. And after the Phoenix 5,... ehh Phoenix 4,... no Phoenix 2 more and more lost their marbles, their ranks swallowed up, till they all were fighting Dark Cyclops.
Captain America admitted at the end he done not enough for the mutants of America, resulting in the Uncanny Avengers which is a hybrid team, consisting to 50 % out of X-Men.
