To prove this scientifically, I am going to list the worst things about dating an Avenger, in order:

1 I might get killed by Ultron
2 she might get killed by Ultron
3 she might have a deeply unpleasant back story
4 she might be numb to killing
5 she might be kinda alien

Honestly, leaving out everyone who is 3, 4 or 5, and still picking someone who can protect me and herself from Ultron, there really is one choice: Monica Rambeau.

Add to that her ability to travel almost instantaneously, which means she needn't be away all the time, and I think we have a winner.
