Mark Waid really likes Pym, so he'll be in his books here and there, usually portrayed well. Vision,m unfortunately, has so few defenders at Marvel these days that I fear what'll happen to him.

Sadly, you're probably right, in the last couple of months alone, we've had Remender declare "Wonder Man is the real Vision", and Fraction use his last issue of FF to state "Vision has Wonder Man's brain" during his whole 'How Pym Particles Work super-science lesson', in addition to deriding the character online as "a robot who cries".
If the rumours are true that he will debuting in the next Avengers movie, alongside the twins (and I'm going to wait for some kind of official confirmation before getting any kind of hopeful about that), unless Marvel has a huge turnover of writers between then and now (and what are the chances?) it's going to be very interesting to see a load of these guys suddenly having to pretend they actually care about those three characters, and having to push them into some position of importance.
On that subject, it's kind of weird that Pietro
still has all that House of M/Son of M stuff hanging over him that he's never really dealt with (at least some of the later parts of it, Maximus has claimed responsibility for, but nobody remembers or cares about this, and Quicksilver never even found out), readers (and some characters in-story) are still remembering this and using it as reasons to hate him, and you'd
think that closing the book on all of this, well before he's in two major movies, would be a good idea, but instead we're in a situation where someone has decided to just not go near that, and play "we're going to wait and see what the movies do with him".
