While I'm not a fan of the FF as Avengers, it really bugs me that all the iconic members of the FF are in except the Human Torch. Heck, just about all the fill-in members of the FF are Avengers too. So I do wish he'd get brought in somehow.

Personally, I've always felt that Johnny was the only member of FF not worthy of being an Avenger. But I'd be just as happy if he were still dead. Unless they're going to continue having Sue be his surrogate mommy or getting in immature fights with Ben, he really doesn't have much use.
