I actually like this issue and have liked the book itself, as being one of the better ones. Interesting how The Grey Gargoyle dislikes the Skull, I wonder if could be a story where other villains who have the same feeling "join" in the hunt for the Skull. Especially Magneto and could the reformed Victor Von Doom have the same feelings?

Doom would have similar feelings, regardless.

But before the whole ending of the Universe, wasn't the Skull in the hands of Doom?

How do you fight a villain who won't fight if he doesn't want you to fight? Clearly the Avengers need a telepath, to find and help defeat Skull, Marvel Girl? Emma Frost? Both? I know Commander Rogers has always been uneasy around telepathic people.

If Spidey can beat down Firelord, Cable and Voodoo could theoretically be enough.

Also wouldn't Rogue feel there is something wrong with Remy? That he isn't acting like himself? What might have been a nice twist if the squad knew it was Skull and was leaving to allowing him to think he fooled them.

Not if Red Skull didn't want her to.

City of Heroes is BACK!
