No reason to do this, because most readers really wouldn't care. Chronology is inconsequential to this or any other series. We know it takes place after Capt Marvel #1-2, because those events happen on Carol's first day on the job at Alpha Flight.
There could likely never be an accurate pole taken but it would be curious to know the % of A-Force readers that are influencing their impression of the decisions and directions of these women based on what they're reading concurrently in other books. Even the "raison d'etre" that this team forms depends on shared universe factors (eg.logical chronology flow) and should prove a key detail determining if readers "buy it".

It struck me immediately odd after "HEAL" why she doesn't say "UNMADE" again in French, then Italian, then Mandarin,
etc...
