    Isn't it consequential? If they all appear in other books a footnote to let you know which stories come first would be helpful. We all enjoyed that attention to detail when we became comic readers.

It's only consequetial if A-Force stories have a direct impact on stories in other series (and vice versa), and they don't yet. When and if they do, it'll become consequential for only those stories (no others).

And no, the majority of stories never had such footnotes.
