Just gonna say it, I am disappointed with how they've opened this story. What's worse is that even some of the worst "event" stories of the past few years had readable intro issues.

My problems with this are simple. Marvel is trying too hard to recreate the divide of the first Civil War. Iron Man's argument, which does have some points, does not come anywhere near close to the situation in front of him. All we know about this new Inhuman's power is that he can see world-threatening events. Which is not even close to the scenarios that Stark is dreading (or maybe the writers watched Minority Report a few too many times). Sure it might change later, but no one seems to want to use this precog for much more than an early warning system for threats to the planet. Which Thanos was, seriously was there ever a second option on how to deal with Thanos coming to Earth looking for a cosmic cube?

And then there's the "deaths". She-Hulk's is the one that bothers me the most. Mainly because there is no way War Machine could have been carrying anything that could do that much damage to a Hulk.

I was hoping since the united states only had one civil war Marvel would only have one as well. *Sigh*
