There were multiple Stark Towers. He sold one but does still own the other.

Huh... I wasn't aware that there are multiple Stark Towers. Of course, I haven't read all of the more recent (pre Secret Wars) Iron Man stories so maybe it was established there.

We're meant to not know Ulysses' vision. And that's part of Tony's complaint. Inhumans are not to be trusted. But apart from that, Tony is not complaining about incidents like this, but other uses of it. There's the possibility of a self-fulfilling prophecy (one that you actually create by "knowing" about it). And applying "justice" based on a prophecy is disgustingly immoral. It is quite possible that fewer people would have died had that team (not the Ultimates) not been there. And honestly, that was a horrible team Carol assembled for someone like Thanos. No way should Rhodey and Jenn have been a part of that.

I agree that the incident portrayed here is NOT what Tony is most concerned about... which is why it probably shouldn't have been the inciting incident!

Since we aren't meant to know what the vision was there is no way to know if there would have been more casualties. However, if they had received conventional intel that Thanos would be at a particular place then they would have confronted him. In fact, they probably would have tried to ambush him, just as they did.

I'd have to disagree about Jenn not being a part of the team. I think including her makes sense. She has a great deal of experience, she has the power and skillset. Beyond the obvious of calling in additional help (like Iron Man and others) who should have been added to the team? When I read the issue I felt like it was a pretty strong team.

Rhodey, to a lesser degree... but he has a great deal of experience as well.

It is not like they were given a future where there was potential for trouble. We're talking about Thanos. Could there be a situation when they wouldn't have to confront Thanos?
Again, Tony was not complaining about that. He even said so.

Again, that is why I feel that this isn't the best inciting incident for a Civil War... I'm guessing that there will be another incident that is more in line with the "grey" areas that Tony is concerned about.
