Yeah, the mastication/regurgitation aspect was gross so, not 'impressive in practice' but it sounds 'fantastical' and made a 'fun' story point excuse to get the team back together, eh? They obviously don't hate Berto but mostly disagreed with his (improper) abuse of the Avengers name/ideals.
