Maybe it was one of those plans that fell by the wayside. Marvel staff gave interviews about revealing Namor was an Inhuman in Secret Wars and it just never happened during that story and hasn't happened since then either.

Honestly when that story came out about White Fox I could have sworn I read an interview from the previous year that mentioned an upcoming character in the same vein but the character was male.
