That's a tough one. I tended to view her existence as Marvel's way of ensuring their Green Arrow has his own Black Canary. I mean, her code name is a dead giveaway.

But now she's a TV star. And in the TV/movie universe she isn't linked with Hawkeye at all.

So of course she's dating Spider-Man according to your survey. I mean, she's a TV star, so she's automatically A-List regardless whether she sells comics or not.

I think she makes a really good SHIELD agent and I was sorry to see her leave the show. I give her a 3 as an Avenger but a 9 as a SHIELD agent.
