I was at the local bi-monthly comic show, and I scored the hard to find paperback reprinting the 5-issue mini for $5! However, I think it's missing an issue. Wasn't there a #0? If so, is it difficult to come by, and what happens in it?

Certainly don't remember there being a 0 issue, or what it would deal with.
