> Yes, I think a person as obsessed with fighting crime as Batman would definitely go out in the daytime to fight crime. Plus, whe he's with the JLA, I'm sure they fight crime during the day. Batman is too obsessed to limit his crime-fighting activities to night-time.

In most Batman comics Batman goes out to fight crime at around sometime during or after sundown and usually stays up nearly all night fighting crime. In very few comics does he go out to fight crime during daylight. Batman needs after all to keep his Bruce Wayne persona active during the day to detract from anyone suspecting that he is Batman. Most people would think it impossible for anyone to be a normal person by day and a vigilante by night staying awake and active nearly around the clock, thus this is a good cover for Batman. How Bruce accomplishes this was revealed in Batman: Blind Justice that Bruce Wayne through a type of meditation knows how to fully relax his body and make an hour’s rest seem like a day's rest or even longer. Bruce also has been known from time to time to take weekends off, to take medicine to help him cope, go on vacation for a day or two to some exotic spot so that no one will suspect that he is Batman, and when severely injured to take weeks, a month or even months to heal. Additionally, it makes perfect sense that Batman is mostly active at night because most crimes happen during the night. Not counting the JLA, which I do not buy into, Batman rarely goes out during daytime to fight crime.
