In the scene where the Joker and his gang are vandalizing the artworks in the museum, the Joker's right-hand goon is about to slash one painting with his knife when Joker stops him and says "I kind of like this one, Bob-leave it."

What painting did the Joker order his cronies not to harm? Does anyone know?

According to http://personal1.stthomas.edu/cdeliason/ahgttm7contemp.htm

The Joker stops one of his goons from slashing the Francis Bacon painting called either Figure with Meat or Head Surrounded by Sides of Beef which is a warped version of Velasquez's portrait of Pope Innocent X. The Joker says: "I kind of like this one, Bob. Leave it."
