And Timm diserves heaps of credit for stripping back to gunk and giving us new and dare I say better retellings of heaps of DCU characters stories in the DCAU. I mean, DCAU Mr. Freeze and Mad Hatter are both particualry better written than the originals, to the point where very few people comp;lained when elements from the shows made their way into the comics. Likewise, there's plenty of stuff from Judas Contract and, yep, even Knightfall that doesnt need to be in a movie. We've already got the comics! Let Timm and his team tell us something we dont (quite) know. Superman- Doomsday is the story of how the boy scouts death goes down in the DCAU. Just enjoy it! | |||||||
