I know their goals are dangerous but has'nt it always seemed to everyone else that these two would'nt be enough to make the rest of the DCU flinch considering everyone else around. I mean Darksied, Doomsday, General Zod, Arion (Camelot Falls), Black Mask, Eclipso, Intergang, The New Injustice League. Those are all people and groups with cataclysmic power at their disposal. Why does Batman always come off like every Ra's adventure could be his last. He's faced bigger and badder times 10.

Talia while more deadly lately (Since Death and The Maidens, although my favorite era for the character was when she was running Lexcorp) while crafty and villainous, how is she anywhere near as dangerous as Circe, Lady Styxx, Cheshire or any of the others that have killed or done a lot more damage than her?

WTF is Black Mask doing on that list?

Anyways, all those people listed Batman has faced alongside the Justice League. Ras is easily Batman's greatest foe one on one, as Ras not only knows Batman's ID, but has an entire oragnization dedicated to serving out his will and endless resources.

And he wants to kill lots and lots of people. He unleashed a plague at one point and nearly did it again. He crippled the world's ability to communicate causing countless deaths and disabled the entire Justice League at the same time.

She can be, as he commands her father's resources. But she's more misguided than dangerous, but she's still pretty good. She's the one who actually stole Batman's continegency plans.
