I HATE this. Batman fans are suffering a serious shortage of good Batman games. The two that were based on the animated series were awful, and Dark Tomorrow was worse. And I've heard pretty bad things about the "Batman Begins" game adaptation, too. Why is it that what is potentially the ONLY decent Batman game to date has to be Legos?

They should call this new game, "Batman: A Simulation of a Simulation of a Simulation."

I whole-heartedly agree. We need a good Batman game. The last one I personally played was The Adventures of Batman and Robin for SNES, so that shows how long I've been waiting. I mean, if DC wants only excellent movies to come out about their heroes, why not make the same standard for video games based on these same characters.

I know the Lego theme is popular and might win over a few readers, but the extreme light-heartedness of Lego is not written within the pages of the comic. So I can't see this as being, yet again, more than a hope to win a few bucks off of the tail-winds of Star Wars. Reminds me of the James Bond franchise's sudden production of Moonraker, just so they could be popular again by having laser effects in the 70's too.
