As much as I'm looking forward to the Resurrection of Ra's storyline, I can't help but feel like we're missing something important. Batman #665 left a lot hanging, and none of it has been resolved - instead we get the Club of Heroes story, and now Resurrection.

Is Grant Morrison ever going to get back to where he was going with The Black Casebook?

Solicitations for February mention meeting the third "other" Batman, and that whole thing is tied in with the Black Casebook I believe.
