> But . . . in Infinite Crisis, Earth-2 Superman showed how a different version of Huntress came about. Batman seemed stunned and what I really want to know is . . . has he talked to Huntress about what he learned? It seems, unlike COIE, everyone walked away remembering it happend. WW knows about her Earth 2 version. The death of E-2 Superman was a big deal to lots of GLs and Power Girl. It makes sense if Bruce talked to Helena in the aftermath, right?
Why? The fact that on another Earth Huntress was another Bruce Wayne's daughter wouldn't impact on current Bruce and Helena. Bruce has little in common with his E2 version, and Helena has nothing in common with her's. Bruce most likely wouldn't want to bring the matter up as it puts unfair stress (and a very weird vibe) on current Helena's life.
> Also, JSA Classified dealt with Power Girl and her life on Earth 2. One thing that came up was her old friendship with Huntress. Other than that discussion in JSA Classified, did they ever talk again - esp. now that Power Girl knows about her old life?
Same situation I think, current Helena has nothing to do with E2 Helena, so Power Girl wouldn't put stress on her.
> On a more soapy note, do Barbara Gordon and Huntress know about each other's feelings for Nightwing?
Yes, each knows about the other AFAIK.
>On Earth 2, it seemed the stories of that world's Huntress and Robin were headed in a romantic direction (despite a bigger age difference) but never came to fruition before COIE.
I think there's one panel which has E2 Dick noting that Helena wasn't a little girl any more, but as they were raised as more or less brother and sister (or a sort of "uncle and niece") that would ever have gone anywhere with that, it would have been FAR too freaky.
>Maybe the Huntress/Nightwing kiss was not a big deal.
Huntress and Nightwing had a one night stand, but again, current Huntress has nothing in common with her E2 incarnation.
Thanks for the answers. Given the resurgence of E2 history in the last year or so, I was just wondering if any of these things had played themselves out.
It sounds like, of the various things that can be revived or played with again in terms of the multiverse, this is low on DC editorial's priority list. More uimportantly, it sounds like the Bat fans are much more happy focusing on the current stuff than exploring these old pathways.
