I meant that if Marvel owned Jason Todd do you think TPTB would
want Jason Todd to be killed or not?

I think that Jason would've get killed off for a least
until Jim Starlin comes works for Marvel.

All though, if Marvel decided to let Todd live (and Starlin left
Marvel sooner or later) then some writer from Marvel (or DC) might
be able to make Jason Todd likeable again.

So much so, that he wouldn't have been replaced by Tim Drake back
in the early 1990's....because Tim wouldn't have exist at all
if Todd havn't died.

Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Nightwing are DC characters, not Batman characters.

If Batman had gone to Marvel, Dick Grayson would be Robin, and the others would've stayed with DC.

In the early '90's, when DC did a card set, they had Nightwing, but no Batman and Robin.
