Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Nightwing are DC characters, not Batman characters.

If Batman had gone to Marvel, Dick Grayson would be Robin, and the others would've stayed with DC.

In the early '90's, when DC did a card set, they had Nightwing, but no Batman and Robin.

If it was a straight trade, then you'd have Captain America and Robin, The Boy Wonder, with probably Jason Todd taking the "Rick Jones" role after he gets thawed out.
