That's why I'm waiting for the HC. Grant's Batman stories read better as HCs. Got them all now. However, if Dick becomes Batman (again), I will be getting the series.

The point of the French revenge tails of those times was to break the person and let them rot (man in the iron mask, count of monty cristo and some of the other muskateers stories) and philosophers often hide the point of their ideas, not at the beginning or end of a paper but int he middle, so that the lose alot of the audience and only those who are real into get it.

all i can say is that philosophers are arogant, but that this sort of stuff is really apparant in this story, along with his attempt to unify everything in batman. but its not worth going to university to get. hell, i didn't get THIN RED LINE, till i took a philosophy course.
