Also to distance itself, they've hired Diedrich Bader to be Batman instead of Kevin Conroy. Conroy's voice wouldn't fit in because this Batman isn't the same as the one we've seen over the years. Same with Sisto.

I agree. For example, I found hearing Conroy's voice from the different renditions of the Dark Knight in Batman: Gotham Knight to be quite jarring.
