Anyone else here notice how often Batman and Robin has been shown on television lately? I think I've seen that movie more than any other single superhero movie in the last few months.

It's really weird. Now that we have The Dark Knight to show us how great a Batman movie can be, someone still want's us to see how bad it can get.

And BTW, I've started to enjoy a preverse pleasure in watching the 1997 bomb. It's like watching a train wreck. Now that the francise has recovered from that debacle, it's interesting (and fun) to count how many things were wrong with the George Clooney/Arnold Schwarzenegger film.

Batman Forever has been on a lot recently, too. I think it was on last night, as a matter of fact. I own all 4 of those Batman movies, plus Batman Begins. I plan on getting The Drak Knight for Christmas.

I still say that George Clooney would have made an excellent brooding Batman if "Batman and Robin" had been a serious movie. Too bad the script called for Clooney's Batman to be like the Adam West Batman.
