batman will'nt be fine shape after what ever happens in final criss #6 he will be out for what ever reason death ect... dc and g.m. decided to destory bruce as batman( hate this story line by the way)anyhow gotham will need a new protector hence the battle for the cowl apparently several will in contetion for the cowl including DICK, TIM JASON, TWOFACE, T.ELLIOT AND A FEW OTHERS.thus DC is canceling nightwing and robin a least for forseeable future.
