Bruce will be back home by issue tweleve, but he won't be Batman again right away. The series is selling well enough and getting a good response, so they're going to extend Dick's tenure as Batman. Dick stopped being a cop when Bludhaven was destroyed. He was working at a museum as curator and financer before Bruce's "death". Now he's Batman and when he's not doing that, he's making sure that the Wayne fortune is being used and not abused by Hush.
