Previous Post ...Dark Knight WOULD have driven some people to the comics IF they could have FOUND them! Most people don't WANT to go to the local comics shop, preferring to do their book buying at Wal-Mart, Target, or Border's. How many comics can be found in ANY of those establishments?

He's got a point.

Although here in the UK the Superman and Batman titles are reprinted as "Superman Legends" and "Batman Legends" with a couple of DC issues worth of material in each one and those are found in regular newsagents and the like.

The US original books though are now strictly comic shop only.
