Yellow Wasp is a second-generation version of a Golden Age villain who fought Wildcat in Sensation Comics. The guy seen in JLA #41 first appeared in JSA (1999 series) #10 and appears to be the mutated son of the 40s version; he's a longtime member of the Injustice Society.

Batman and Robin #7

Really disliked most of the issue and particularly of Dick-Batman's characterization. Here are reviews of praise to show my opinion could be wrong:

Did not Dick spend a whole arc trying to talk Tim out of using the Lazarus Pit recently? And where[the heck] did Batwoman pop up from?

The art was okay (except for Dick-Batman himself). Fine page provided by the artist himself:

Many impressive unnoted[if not for the always useful internet] references thrown in and attached is an excellent annocommentations page which was apparently removed but was cached at Google. It also has a corrected image of the PAGE 19 snafu...
