Back on the pull list. So many titles so little time.

The relaunch of this series didnt really grab me. Didnt try it again until #6 and really liked that issue and how the Sin status was resolved. Heck with 'birds' - that was a kick-ass cat-fight. Anyways never got around to commenting - was actually waiting to just reply to anyone else commenting which unfortunately didnt happen. Here's some other forum feedback:

Anyways enjoyed it enough to give the series another shot with the next ish...

It was a very good issue. Some reactions...

00 Nice cover. This issue had better "next-issue" followup to Bruce's return than any of the other companion Batbooks OTTOMH. Is that a famous quote on Bab's tombstone?

01-02 Not familiar with SAVANT but nice to get to know him in this prologue tied in with Oracle's nemesis Calculator. He is a key figure with BoP and Proxy too but od he is used so early in the relaunch when he was prominent element at the demise of the previous failed run.

03-06 Always good to see, even handicapped, that Babs can handle herself in a fight. Bonus when the action flows fine.

07 Enter Batman! & banner submission:

The only problem, inspite of the costume indicators, was stopping to cerebrally confirm this was Bruce in Gotham and not Dick - with him out of the country in other current titles. [Really hating TWO Batmen logic as shown so far.]

08 Easy win. It will be interesting to see how forgiving and who forgiving he is when the next thug/thuggette comes at him with knife/gun. They should have at noted if police were dispatched or not.

09 That was such a fantastic comeback about "A HUG"! And then...
AAArgh! Readers are denied! \:\( Did it happen? Tim got his on panel. Thinking a kneeling Batman arms around her wouldve been more powerful an image than letting the readers think how it would go. THEY BETTER NOTE in Babs' dialogue in the next issue confirming she did get that hug! AT LEAST give us that.

10 Enter ½naked male strippers! For some girls' fun before things get serious.

11 That is a rarely seen heartwrenching moment involving Hank Hall. First time not being displeased with his return in BD.

12-13 Enter Mortis! Not familiar with her but she seems like an interesting villainess as a Gotham Goth Femme Fatale.

14 So, it looks like the BoP are moving the Batbunker from Wayne Tower to Kord Tower? And the Batfamily are ALREADY moved back to the Cave, eh? Interesting LIST. Alfred and Damian might feel slighted! Even Cassandra. \:\) Dont know Durlin or Creote. Surprised that Babs is letting her dad in. Does he know her ID now?

15-17 Batman meets Savant. Batman learns Oracle wants to commit identity suicide.

18-22 More fighting fun. The BoP meet Mortis and her costumed team. Superhero fun.

I miss my brother.

why does babs want to commit identity suicide?
