I found this on another site after seeing your query, Davey. Here are the issues:

Batman:362,376,377,378,379,380,381,382,389,390,391

Detective: 529,530,542,543,544,545,546,547,556,557,558,560

Now, be aware that a LOT of Detective Comics back in the '80's were Chapter 2's of 3-parters, and thus mostly full of recaps. I don't know how many of 'em are like that, though. You can find the covers of the books on milehighcomics.com too. \:\)

Hope this all helps you out. \:\)

Yeah that's a good idea of how it runs thanks. I have a large selection of those books but in different boxes and not looked at in years, I'm currently feeling very nostalgic on that era so would like to see aabout filling in the blanks and rereading it all as a lazy Sunday afternoon excercise. A lot of Batman has been reprinted here in the UK over the years so in one form or another i'd pretty much have most of the early 80s stories but the Night Stalker/Nocturne arc is one I have great difficulty working out the running order on given the two Batman books were interlinked... shall have to see how complete my run is! \(beer\)
