Previous Post I found where Joker stashed Mr. Freeze's Wife, but when I go back to Freeze's location (GDPD building)to inform him where she is the only door I found is iced up. Is there another way in?

Go to the back of the building where it meets with the water and jump down on the platform in the water, if you turn around and look up you'll see a ledge just hit R1 and you can climb to it. There is also a Riddler item back there as well. Hope this helps.
