Batman and Robin 038
-Great cover.
-Owning the Dynamic Duo slogan.
-Hitting him where it hurts.
-Title splash page is a hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit, hit!
-Showing Superman how it's done.
-Batman grounds him.
-The deserved reprimanding that will surely be their new relationship POVs on Damian's new powers.
-The 2 pages of nightmares was just so-so use of pages but it was vital to show Damian's believable/organic suffering.
-Titus' subtle presence. Alfred's subtle wit. The mansion's not so subtle floor damage.
-At the gravesite for a sympathetic, somber scene.
-A smart Batman prepped to track his son (so he doesn't lose him again).
-Nice sentiment about TRUST. Nice silent overview perspective. Nice parting with a firefly.
-Batman learns his boy can fly from Gotham to South Atlantic in 1 hour. Batman learns the pangs of fatherhood.
-Dealing with a story dangler from Robin's origins. Smashing, smashing, smashing.
-More monitoring marveling to see what superBoy Wonder is capable of.
-Cool to see Aquaman get a guest role and see him dealing with the young hero... not to mention just memorably standing over him.
-Damian's clone-brothers revisited! Another dangler addressed and parallel of dealing with 'the different'.
-The 2 pages of relocating was so-so as it was heartfelt and air of done-in-one ending but it looks like he was making a ill-planned and irresponsible rushed decision to leave them behind and in some ways abandoning them.

I miss Dad and Dan.
